    • We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping, which can be selected during checkout.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method, fastest shippping options such as 1 business day delivery are also available at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen shipping method.

4. Order Tracking

5. International Shipping

  • We currently ship NorthAmerica wide supported by Canada Post/UPS/Fedex/Canpar. Additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply for international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times for international shipments may vary due to customs clearance processes.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Delayed Packages:
    • Once an order has been shipped, CanPrint Graphics is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier.
    • If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information for assistance.
  • Incorrect Addresses:
    • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate during checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will notify you. You may be required to pay additional shipping fees to reship the package.
