Color Printing Notice: Due to the nature of full-color printing (CMYK), exact color matching is not possible. While we strive to print your products as closely as possible to the colors you provide, please note that we adhere to the print industry's standard for respectable color reproduction.

Satisfaction Guarantee for First-Time Retail Customers: We offer a Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee for our first-time retail customers on all print products, including business cards, postcards, envelopes, and letterheads. If you are not completely satisfied due to a legitimate issue with the finished product, you may return it for a full refund of the printing cost.

Large Order Recommendation: For orders with a subtotal exceeding $100.00, we recommend placing a smaller order initially. This allows you to assess the quality before committing to a larger purchase, ensuring the guarantee remains valid.

Customer File Submission Requirements: Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready files. Please ensure your digital files include:

• Full bleed by adding 0.0625" to all sides.
• A minimum resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch).
• All color artwork and images in CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) color mode.
